W-9 — US clients only.

We need a completed W-9 on file before we can begin work. It's a two-minute IRS form. Not in the US? Skip this step.

Four steps and you're done:

1.Download the W-9 from the IRS: irs.gov W-9 PDF →
2.Fill in your name, business name, address, and tax ID (EIN or SSN).
3.Sign and date the form — digital signature is fine.
4.Upload it below.

Let's get connected.

Add us as an admin on the platforms below so we can manage your presence. Step-by-step instructions are included — just click "How to add us."

Only check the platforms you have. Skip anything you don't use.

Google Business Profile

1. Go to business.google.com and sign in.
2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) top right → Business Profile settings.
3. Click Managers, then the person+ icon.
4. robertlbutt@gmail.com — set role to Manager.
5. Click Invite. We'll accept from our end.

Facebook Business Page

1. Go to your Facebook Page → Settings (top right or sidebar).
2. Click Page Access → Add New.
3. Search for Robbie Butt on Facebook.
4. Grant Full Control and click Give Access.

Business Manager: business.facebook.com → Settings → Business Assets → Pages → Add People.

Google Analytics

1. analytics.google.com → gear icon (Admin) bottom left.
2. Under Account column → Account Access Management.
3. Blue + button → Add users.
4. marketingperformancemcc@gmail.com — role: Editor → Add.

Google Search Console

1. search.google.com/search-console → select your property.
2. Settings (bottom left) → Users and permissions → Add User.
3. marketingperformancemcc@gmail.com — Full → Add.

Don't have Search Console? Skip it — we'll help verify during your onboarding call.

Your website access.

We'll need these to manage your domain and make changes to your site.

Transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely. We'll remind you to update passwords once our setup work is complete.

Domain Registrar

Where you bought your domain — GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, etc. We update your DNS settings here. Not sure who your registrar is? Email us and we'll look it up.

All credentials are encrypted in transit and stored securely. We use these to schedule and publish content on your behalf. Update passwords after setup is complete.
