Marketing Performance Group ("we," "us," or "our") operates marketingperformance.net (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you visit the Site or interact with our services. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you fill out a form on the Site — the Market Snapshot, the Free Diagnostic, the Free Toolkit request, or any contact form — we collect the information you submit, which may include:
- Your name
- Your business name and website
- Your email address and phone number

Information Collected Automatically

Identity Resolution
We use identity resolution technology to associate anonymous Site visitor signals with identifiable contact data. This means that even if you do not fill out a form, third-party identity resolution providers may match your IP address, device fingerprint, or other available signals against their first-party datasets and provide us with your name, business affiliation, email address, mailing address, or other contact details. We use this information for the purposes described in Section 2.
If you do not want your visit to be subject to identity resolution, see Section 5 ("Your Choices and Rights").
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:

Legal
We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the safety, rights, or property of our company, our clients, or others.
Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, our use of identity resolution and advertising cookies may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You have the right to opt out — see Section 5.
